10 conditions of a success culture

Human resources development // Assessment, qualification and training elements integrate and reflect all listed themes. Human resources development activities are comprehensively serving the development of competences and the ability to learn and change – of employees and the organization itself.
Sustainability // The effects of measures and changes can be assessed and evaluated permanently. Management and employees always know what is working well and what needs improvement.
Image // The public and internal perceptions of the organization’s image are congruent.
