Much of what future research predicted 10 years ago, and what at the time was met with disbelief or even ridicule, is reality today. One example is internet and intranet based virtual cooperation in projects, a highly effective form of cooperation that teams have now been using for years.
Rigorous scientific exploration of Organizational Energy produced important results, led to the development of new methods and renewed the interest in the impact of positive and negative conditions and factors.
There is an increasing consciousness and recognition for the reality that even the best technology cannot replace concrete and lived team experience. Such experiences can take place in our rustic mountain cabin surrounded by the spectacular landscape of Austria’s Montafon area,. For many years, executives and teams of our clients have been retreating there to recognize, explore and cross their personal frontiers.
