In contrast to classical consulting, our coaching sessions do not provide direct proposals for solutions, but accompany the development of our own solutions. Topics in our context are often questions of everyday professional life (leadership, communication and cooperation). The goals of these discussions range from the assessment and development of personal competencies and perspectives to suggestions for self-reflection and overcoming conflicts with employees, colleagues or superiors.
